At Reo Jewels, we want you to be completely in love with your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the jewelry in its original Reo Jewels gift box and protective mailer to ensure it remains safe during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
